Roberto Small is a skilled graphic designer and illustrator who has been working in the field for 20+ years. "Tru Art" was a nickname given to him by a friend in college, and it stuck because it reflects the hip-hop generation-style that informs his designs, and at the same time a serious sense of artistic integrity in his work.
Rob creates fine art, by blending hand drawn and painted textures with digital methods. Mixing these disciplines together in unique and provocative ways, he's always adherent to one of Tru Art Design's philosophies- be interesting, be weird and stand out.
Raised in Miami and currently residing in Las Vegas, Roberto exhibits the same color and vibrancy in his work as the Magic City and the City of Lights.
